Welcome to Our Fundraising Page
A huge thanks for all your support! We are always looking for volunteers to help us with fundraising activities, so if you’d like to get involved, we’d love to hear from you. Updates on what we get up to can be found in the school newsletter, which you can access on the main homepage.
We are extremely lucky that our children have such a fantastic school, which offers so many wonderful opportunities. But the teaching staff would always like to offer even more to further enhance our children’s learning—experiences such as bringing a real Saxon village to school, so the children can truly understand what it was like to live in those times, or a travelling band to put on a musical performance for the whole school. Your support makes these special experiences possible.
As well as enhancing curriculum learning, the team is keen to develop the school’s outdoor space. Work will begin in the spring on new vegetable plots, a mud area, and a large boat sand play area, made possible thanks to funding from the Co-op, Warwick Bridge.
But it’s not just experiences that require funding—essentials such as buses for swimming, gymnastics, and bouldering sessions, which are constantly increasing in cost, also need support.
The aim of the Fundraising Team going forward is to generate £3,000 per year to support the school, providing every class teacher with their own “pot” of money to pay for specific activities that enhance their class’s learning. Additionally, we are committed to supporting families by helping with the costs of trips and residentials, ensuring every student can participate fully in these valuable educational experiences without financial strain. By working together, we can create an inclusive environment that benefits all students and families in our community.
